OP,

I'm hoping for the best for your sake, but I'm not very optimistic after hearing that vid.
We have started a few threads on my car, but of course they were deleted. The whole ordeal with jt was a nightmare. I can thank my car being sidelined for the past year as well as losing out on a large amount of our money to jt and pf. We will never go to anyone other than vinny and of course our shop SAGE

I didn't realize this was the car involved. But yeah... it was a shame to see a thread about the highest whp PowerLab build outside of Intense disappear off of the forums.

here you go, custom oil pan built by JT, he told me the oil pan was done and needed no work

Never seen a dipstick on the outside before

I could go on all day but no need.

Just don't understand why people still go to him

OMF'G on the dipstick picture.... Like i've said in the past everytime i was at Etown vinny ten cars always seemed to come back off the track in one piece and i've had the pleasure to ride along side some random boosted VQ VTR cars after events and they all made it home. That alone to me showed me that his builds hold up.. To the OP hope it gets worked out..

hmm, not a VQ35. what motor is 5.3L? maybe the th350, engine swap and the required pan fab couldn't accommodate the dipstick?

Strange nonetheless.

Good luck with your rebuild OP.

Inexcusable. I take back my prior posts in this thread. I wish that picture had been posted earlier. Is that a VQ engine? That picture just isn't believable. WTF? How were you supposed to check oil level?
