Default Sound Performance Built TT '04 G35 6mt Coupe

First off, THANK YOU SOUND PERFORMANCE
Thank you Chris, Larry, Vince, Tim, and the rest of the team........

They have converted my '04 G35 6mt coupe into a terror, and I couldn't be happier.

Today Larry finished the tuning to let me break in the motor...

Now warning this was done with stock heads, stock cams and through the STOCK Y-PIPE, STOCK MID-PIPE, STOCK MUFFLER (the exhaust is just for the engine break-in, don't worry it'll be changed)

After the break-in and new exhaust we'll be turning up the boost on both pump-gas and E85 so stay tuned in the next couple weeks, and carefull what stock looking G35's in chicago you roll up on.

Very nice.
Enjoy the ride and break in the engine smoothly.
I'm sure it wont stay stock looking for long since you will
probably want to expose your FMIC more to lower your
AIT(Air Intake Temperature).

You can't go wrong with them.
Fabricate, Assemble, Tune or any combo of the three, I have to say they are at the top....

And oh, the car drives Exactly like stock. Just faster.
The Pro-EFI is quite impressive. The car responds just like stock, no misses, or bumps, or delays.

Great Build! So what are you going to push it to (psi speaking)? +1 on atleast a new front bumper to improve air flow to the FMIC. Looks like SP did an awesome job on the build and the tuning! Congrats!!!!

Not sure on what the ultimate boost pressure will be. Thats up to Larry and Chris and the tuning of course...prob somewhere round 20psi (hopefully we can run that boost on E85 and save some $$ on race gas).

As for front bumper we've all scratched our head on this one.
I just don't like any aftermarket front clips....I actually like the newer sedan sport bumper that has the same openings as the coupe but also has an opening in the center under the license plate.
In the meantime we'll watch the AIT's.

Thanks
Tom

Boost will be going up in a few weeks once the motor is fully broken in and we get the exhaust on.

Didn't know what wheels I wanted, but I needed something to put wider/stickier tires on....these were cheap for now lol.

The clutch has a learning curve thats for sure.
Southbend, and the TT Z32 guys say that as it breaks in it smooths out.

It has gotten better allready but 1 thing is for sure, it doesn't like idle rpms or slipping.
You have to give it some rpms and get off it as quick as possible. I don't like that the drivetrain is taking the abuse right now, but that should be going away...it only does this coming from a stop in first gear.
