***Picture Update***

Well, the motor is now happily back in the car, but we took a couple minutes to snap these pictures before she went back in. Enjoy!

The wrapping on the couplers is to help prevent melting them.

Figured the goal would have been knocking down engine bay temps, not spool?

i was referring to the heat wrap on all the exhaust pieces, while it does help reduce under hood temps heat wrap also keeps the exhaust hotter in the pipes. since the exhaust is hotter the molecules are moving faster and exiting the exhaust faster resulting in a slightly quicker spool up. The downside to this is moisture is trapped in heat wrap which usually voids the warranty it may have as well as causes the exhaust to run hotter which could damage the manifolds if the quality isn't good. ceramic coating + heat wrap is best bet but obviously a bit more pricey and on cast manifolds like that i dont think it is really needed.

Quick update: We installed Bride Vorga in black and Bride seat rails. I also have a shot of the AMAZING engine bay on this car.

ya i guess it does, i have a bunch under the wiper motors, but i have my FPR on the firewall, not in the battery box like Mark. That cleans it up some as well.

Can you get a pic of the battery compartment? Interested in how you hooked up to the starter and the fuse boxes up there since no post to hook everything up to.
