Awesome setup!
nice smooth power made there. Good tq even down low on the rpms.
On the uprev, rev limiter can't be changed by map switching. Just get out of the gas before you over rev it dumbass
So you said this is a t-trim impeller only? you should go with the whole t-trim because the housing is even bigger promoting more flow. More flow at given psi=more power! Then put ceramic high speed bearings in it and let the big dog eat!

Im thinking of getting 928 motorsports, to let me R&D there impeller. A guy just made 450 @ Hills garage on a stock block and lower boost. They (928 Motorsports) never did a test on their impeller vs ttrim. Only SC impeller vs the 928 but looking at his chart, 3.12 bulley making 450 is way more efficient, he is rev up stock block!
this is his dyno sheet, same dyno as mine, slight temp difference though outside.
Intake temps are getting up there and it was 39 degrees in the shop, s meth is a must, I wanted to do it all on pump gas.
I havent hit 6600 in the car yet! 6500 is plenty fun. Redline is at 7000 @522rwhp ish.
I thank you man for all the help and R&D you did, I just followed your step then added built block!

^ edit sorry Randy, Hills Ordered Meth on Friday late! I called around noon it wasnt. I had the Wheels to Heal Charity event this weekend, called just now, so sorry bro.
Install that bishhh on your car man, just make sure that built block is on order.
One other thing I want to bring up about my build. Frank originally outsourced my block to a shop that has been doing them for some time but with issues on a few. He found 4 things wrong. The first made him look deeper. Engine came back with one of the 6 pistons not matching. It didnt have the valve indentions in one of the pistons! WTF right? Well he looking over the blue print and balance sheet only to discover that the block was 100% fine for stock block specs, but when considering boost, any boost above stock, the specs should be tightened up a bit.
He ordered tons of new bearings to make sure the block was fregging super tight. Withouth the blower you can sit a glass of water on it and it barely moves....i mean barely. 160 exactly on all cylinders! not 159.9 or 160.01. they are all 160 even!
cant ask for anything more...
my cost...? (still waiting for that bill, it wasnt on my ticket!)
who do you know that rebuilds a block after it was rebuilt? LOL
not nut hungging either, this is simply the facts.
I now rock a hills decal on the hood. Not because they asked me too, but because they earned it. Its half their car. Over the last 6 months they have had it about 45 days for various issues or upgrades.
Meth kit in next week so guess what? It will back... Lower, safer boost, but I have a feeling it will put out the same if not more HP/TQ numbers.
so stay tuned!

dang, What are the flow numbers between the 928 and a t trim? I think the t-trim with the larger housing will flow more due to the size verses the high speed of the 928. If i have time i'll look for flow numbers on the t-trim and try to compare them to 928 flow numbers on the sc housing.
did you upgrade the intercooler and are on the stock front bumper? My vortech was running stupid high intake temps also. stock cooler is tiny.

yeah the T Trim is bigger but man that guy had a 3.12 pulley and made 450, I had to do that with the TTrim and the 2.87 so I wonder. ALthough my boost did come on about 1600 rpms sooner.
I did upgrade the FMIC. I did the math and searched based on size.
with VERY Little Modification this is the biggest I could go without removing the crash bar! I aim to push my car to the limits so safety is always first.
TurboXS= $600 shipped
Flip pic right side up...lol

hmm, most high hp cars double your power level don't have a crash bar so how would that imply it's not safe? Unlike chassis type cars our unibody design isn't as dependant on a core support as much. Plus you still have a solid composite core support even after you remove the crash bar. It won't do anything in a high speed accident and i doubt it *** much structural support since there is still a core support behind it.
you can always just tie it together with a flat custom bar if you really think it will help.

Yeah I know my boy w a Z and greddy tt tells me the same thing. I dont know, its just one of those things that makes me 'Feel" more safe I guess. Either way at 140, nothing really matters. lol.
Im good with the power though, lower boost add meth, I should kick this dyno's azz so running 560-600RWHP and 500TQ is plenty for a Vortech!
Unheard of until last week. lol
