I know one disadvantage.

In a few years it will literally be unusable.

My iPhone 3 doesn't even work because the apps and new system will
Not let it update. I Literally can't even listen to music.

I thought I'd use it as an iPod but guess apple got me, literally a worthless wire/glass brick. Lol

Do you know how systems work? You definitely can use amps with headunits

I think he means by keeping the HU he doesn't need a separate amp. Does look good, though, and my only concern would be software updates will eventually render any tablet obsolete in a few years, which CK_32 mentioned.

Installing a tablet may not be a wise decision since the technology is antiquated very quickly. The tablet you install today will be obsolete in just a few months (or even weeks).

The 350z has a perfect position for a screen, and a separate compartment for a “brain.” Your best plan is installing the screen and the processing unit as separate components.

That's a first.

I've only gotten the "IPhone" "iPad" too hot warning after leaving it on the seat of a locked car or on a table in the sun during summer.
