TZC HPDE and TT at Rockingham Nov. 5th and 6th
The triangle Z club and the THSCC is having a HPDE at Rockingham Nov. 5th and 6th. There is still some space available, but we are close to being full. This is a great relaxed event that is mostly a HPDE and not an open track day.
NC Motor Speedway is located 10 miles North of Rockingham NC on US 1

The TZC High Performance Driving School will consist of both in-car and classroom instruction with classroom instruction by Ron Spencer. Students will be divided into 3 run groups based upon experience level and speed potential. Novice drivers are welcome. Driving school vehicles are typically stock or modified, street-legal cars with stock restraint systems. All driving school drivers must have a minimum SNELL 95 helmet (example: M95,M2000,SA95 or SA2000). ONLY convertibles or open-top cars are required to have a roll bar.
In addition to the Driving School, a Time Trial will be held both days for THSCC licensed Time Trial series participants. This Time Trial is optional. Time Trial drivers must have a minimum SNELL SA95 helmet. Time Trial Cars must meet SCCA SOLO 1 safety specifications.
Friday night EVENT check-in will be held AT THE TRACK - Check-in begins at 5:00 and will run until probably 9:30 or so depending on the traffic flow. If you think you will be arriving around the end of check in, please let us know in advance. We need to check in as many people as possible Friday night as Saturday morning will be very busy
Garages - The event info states first-registered, first-served in getting a NASCAR garage space. I will abide by that statement, however I would humbly ask that if you have an enclosed trailer, would you be so kind as to offer your garage space to someone who may not normally have such luxuries at an event. If you are willing to do this, please email me ASAP so I can start assigning garage spaces. There are only 48, so not everyone will get one, but good news is that the entire paddock is paved.
