Yea, I figured the "monster" comment wasn't meant to be taken literally, just thought I should elaborate on the weight loss even though they are signifigantly wider. I just put hawk HPS pads and stainless lines on F&R, and changed to some ATE Superblue fluid about 3 weeks ago, so that part is good. When would you expect the latest time to register is? I got alot going on right now, esp. since I just spent so much on wheels and have x-mas stuff.

There is still a chance my wheels will be here by the event, just a very very slim chance. I guess I will try and plan on doing it on the stockers for now (I'm just glad I have KDW's in rear).

Oh... and the person going on and on about clubs... glad you mentioned it! I've talked to a z owner that is interested in starting one up again in Wilmington and I noticed you mentioned a "Cape Fear" club. I'm new to the z world and will be doing some research. Any info you can PM me would be great.

One last thing... I got hit in my new z in Hampstead on Hwy 17 by a blind old guy. I saw two z's pass by while I was chillin' on the side of the raod waiting for the cops to show up. A white one and a black one, don't know if they are on here or not. I thought the white one might be my friend, but she hasn't called because she is pissed off I bought a z. No idea why, but oh well. Anyway... damage is not too bad. Im hoping to get my baby fixed up soon.

 

I think they're trying to get the "Cape Fear" club back up and running. We had a Beach Drive/Poker Run back in Nov. in Wilmington to try and generate some local interest. Here is a link to the thread.

Ok, well I started to read those links for a few seconds, but I got bored pretty quick (my attention span is limited). I didn't see anything that would point me in the right direction. What I am wondering is if "I" were to take the responsibility to start one, are there any requirements, or do I just say "Hey, I'm starting a new Cape Fear Z club, this is where we are going to meet..."??? I tried to get another z owner in Wilmington to take it on, but all he said was, "You lead, and I'll follow." So is that all Wilmington is needing? 'Cause I could probably do that. If it involves building a web site and all that... It might take a while because I don't know much about how to do that. I could learn though if need be.
... ok never mind... my husband is getting pissed at me for wanting to do this.
