Default Trustworthy brake shop in Denver?

Does anyone know of a reliable and trustworthy shop to install brake pads in Denver? I'm trying to stay away from the run-of-the-mills (Brake Plus, Just Brakes, etc.) and the dealership.

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Post in the minor mod and maitnence meet thread, you can probably have one of us help you at that meet and the work will be better than brakes plus or the like.

Changing pads isn't difficult, but you'll need to have your rotors trued or turned. Go to Discount brake and muffler (near Evans and I-25) and talk to the owner, Chuck. He's an honest car guy and will help you out for a reasonable price. His # is (303) 756-6656.

Thanks to all. I actually changed my own brakes in the front with the help (and garage) of a friend of mine. It was easy, but now I don't have the facilities to do it again myself. I'll look into that meet, that would be great.

Thanks again!

For pads, I would recommend trying Axxis Ultimates. As for as a brake shop I have no clue but I would trust David recommendation.

I know I have said this in many threads before but the only place I would go for non-warranty work is TC's Performance. He's reccommended by many members here. Tell him Mudd sent you.
