Ummm, yeah. So in another post I said I drove into work this moring. I was only planning on grabbing some files and taking off, but I stayed too late. I had to get a tow with a tow strap out of the parking lot and made it about 200 ft before I gave up. Actually a cop came by and said the main roads are not very better, don't go out there.

So now my z is parked in an Albertson's parking lot. I got a ride home. So pray for Mojo that my car doesn't get plowed in and I have to wait for spring thaw to drive it again.

Everyone stay warm and safe. +1 on the snow day tomorrow (I should have taken a snow day today).

My 10 minute commute turned into 4 solid hours of trying to get around the I-25 shut-down. Should've worked from home today. Lesson learned.

But at least my Z was safe and sound in the garage. Saw a 530i spinning its wheels like mad on I-25. Don't know if the poor guy ever got out of that section.

What I want to know is which guy at Peterson AFB in the Springs deciding not to call a snow call day until 9:30 AM, when all the weather predicts were for blizzards...

I mean, there was a family going home from PAFB that went up I-24, and then turned east on Judge Orr road. They got stuck, and called for help. 4WD vehicles from the NG couldn't get to them, and they had to get snowcats to get them out....

Drove my 200SX Se-R to Brighton and back today. With four full snow tires and FWD, it gets around better than almost anything on the road! The SR20DE has plenty of torque and the car came standard with a LSD. Still, I made it into my neighborhood and got high-centered about a block away from home! Pulled it to one side on a quiet street and waded through the 12" drifts to get back. Enjoy the snow day, everybody!

That guy is one of those officer types. Considering your pervious enlisted status gives you the wisdom to know that the base should've never opened.

Sorry to hear about your car Bottom but guess lesson learned huh? As everyone else my Z has been parked/garaged since yesterday afternoon.

I was out tonight in my Jeep and man was that a blast! I was on some back roads and my friend and I were plowing through snow drifts that were over the hood of the truck.

The worst spot was in the Lowry area, I was on 6th ave going through there and there were tons of stuck and abandoned cars, I almost got stuck once but was able to work my way out. I kept having to drive over the median and drive on both sides due to abandoned cars blocking the road.

All in all it was freaking sweet and I am so glad I picked up this Jeep.
