Anyone up for a Canyon run?
End of the year or beginning of the year would be fine with me as I should be done with break in shortly. Malibu is always on the list.
Maybe someone could set it up

I understand that a few people have had incidents in the past, but that shouldn't scare anyone off. If you drive defensive and within your limits, everything should be okay. If you're not up to pushing the car, then you can stay in the back and just cruise and enjoy the view.
If you guys are not feeling a canyon run, then that's fine, but no need to dissuade others from coming out. I love canyon runs, and with a group it's all the more fun. Definitely beats parking lot meets which IMO are just so boring.

Hmm....nobody? About the accidents, I'm sorry about your guys misfortune, but I don't see why pictures of accidents or threads pertaining to accidents need to be posted here.
Once again, if people stay within their limits and don't feel the urge to race than everyone should be fine. Sure, some driver's are better than others, so the general rule is faster people up front and slower people in the back. A quickened pace is good, but safety is a first and foremost issue.
I'm really itching to do a run so I may tag along with these guys http://g35driver.com/forums/showthread.php?t=76096 It seems to be a mix of g35s, rx8s and IS300s for the most part. The Z has just 800 miles or so at this point, so I'm debating whether to bring it out. If not, I'll be in an e46 m3.
Hopefully a Z run/cruise can be put together after new years.
