This is actually the second (i think) game of the last tenish that Smush lost for us...I'm not too fond of him right now. He had a great game last night, but I am very disappointed. Odom was wide open for the three and I would have personally felt very comfortable letting Lamar take the last shot...

This could have been the start of a nice win streak for us.

I think Smush was going to pass the ball to Lamar. Looked as though he was paying to much attention to Lamar and not enough to D-Miles.

Personally, I thought Luke Walton did a great job last night in the 4th quarter. Hmm... aren't the Blazers the second worst team right now (or before last nights game)?

Yup, for some reason the Blazers have the Lakers number even though they are one of the worst teams.

Artest kind of reminds me of Dennis Rodman. I don't think Phil Jackson would've had a problem with him. I'm sure Kobe would find a way to co-exist.

to acquire ron, we would have needed to get rid of odom. the way odom's been playing, we should have traded for artest. artest is a great defender and can score at will. for ron's talent, he does not get paid as much as other superstars so we would be ok on the salary cap. lakers owe odom 11 million per yer right now.

Just FYI fellas: Theres talk of the Lakers possibly adding Penny Hardaway or Jim Jackson. I personally think Jim Jackson would be a better pick up than Hardaway.

I heard we could have the opportunity of getting sam cassell but I doubt he would leave the clippers though.

Sam Cassell is pretty good. But hes getting old, real old. His health is always an issue. Not worth it imo.
