Lead car you may be, but heavy your foot is.

Dude!!! You drove so freakin fast! I was behind you on the south grade and I was at my limit trying to catch up. "WHERE'D THAT BRICKYARD GO???"
I was totally surprised by the rate of speed some of our Z owners take mountain roads. I think next time I should split the group up into fast... and INSANE!
To The Group - First off, thanks for coming! I didn't expect as many Zs and we got. Thanks to Alang for volunteering his home and leading the group. Finally, thanks to mother nature for giving us great weather and great views. I have more pictures, but some of them have your faces. so I don't know if you guys would want them posted.
Regarding the next meet: There is a meet in PCH that looks interesting. But I promise the roads will not match what we drove Saturday.
As for San Diego, let me do some research. Maybe next month I'll find another interesting route.

Ganz, was that your Silverstone that turn left at the bottom of the mountain? Did you see my car on the side of the road, westbound? That was just a unique opportunity to run on an empty road. They don’t come along very often.
Actually I bet the silverstone that you saw was All Bark, cuz he was in the front of the pack and then when you disappeared so did he. Who knows. I think it actually worked pretty well the way that we had it running down the road:
A quick group in the rear.
Faster cars kinda hopping ahead at their own pace.
A Ludicrous Speed group ("They've gone plaid!").
