anyone KNOW how to tint/smoke tail lights, and willing?

I did the overlays myself, spent alot of time doing it. No matter what though, theres always a few air bubbles? are these going to settle over a few days? I used plenty of soap/water for lubricant like instructions said...however i cant get a perfect placement where there are not a few bubbles.

i did my tail lights and they look good, but i got pulled over and got a fix-it-ticket like 2 months later!

if you get a fix it ticket with sprayed on tint are you screwed and have to buy new tailights and everything? or is there a way to take the paint off?
