anybody run stock brakes on the track?

 

i have on my bone stock s2k for 4 track events but now im running carbotech panther plus.

my friend did with his stock 06 Z for 2 events and didn't have any problems but then again he is new to tracking.

Hmm, a Friday. That makes this more difficult to attend. But it sure does sound like fun. How often do they have events like these?

i've done 5 track days at sow on stock brakes. for my last event, i used project mu. the stock pads still had some life to it after 15k miles, a few track days and some autocross. you can notice the brake fade but they did hold up pretty well. theres only a few hard braking zones at sow. i have an 06 btw.
