Yes it does have the warranty still. I have lost the warranty papers when I moved from irvine but if you call Microsoft and give them the information they will tell you that this xbox has warranty until 2009. The Warranty Expires on August 19, 2009

This was the old post of the Xbox 360. The price was only 300 but that was before I had to pay for shipping because I had to send it in for warranty work.
