Yeah, honestly, I enjoy LACR much more than Cali Speedway because in LACR, the track is basically all yours, especially in a Wednesday. There's absolutely no pressure; the operators take their time and you can run so many times. The down sides are getting a clean 60ft is pretty damn hard due to traction issues and the elevation issue.

It's not a track I really go for getting my best times, because its one of the worst in the country for doing this. But its a fun track. Too bad they are closing.

PM me if your going or not this Wednesday, whenever you you get a certain answer. I'm pretty sure Ill be there with a 240sx and possibly an 07 Mustang GT.

With all recent focus on the HB meet, I figure I asked how this went? Anybody go? Times? Pics? Vids?

Out of 15 people, 11 flaked out on us. Pretty sad because we waited 15 minutes, which pushed us back a few groups.

Most of the ones that wen't were the regulars; Mike (OCG35), Wally, and me,. Nissan Sport Mag guys (Dave & Dee Dee) & Redondo G (Terry) joined us as well.

Anyhow, it was too damn hot. Best times were Terry on 100 shot (13.84 @ 104) and Wally (14.1 @ 99). For being 102 degrees hot, I think those times are very well.

I slept late, I woke up late, by the time I got there the line was so long I stood there in the heat and I got to the front and the lady said she was out of tech cards which pissed me off because the I took out my seat and all. Drag radials in the car with race gas all setup.

Anyways, if LACR is open this wednesday i'll go there, if not friday it is.

I showed but didn't make it in time to race. I stayed for about 2 hours and left.
