Default Visiting New York!

I'm going to be in New York till the August 27th and was wondering if you guys had any suggestions or ideas on things to do ? I'm pretty much busy till the 23rd but planning to use the rest of the days of the trip for sight seeing after that.

I'm going to be there with my girl , but she's up for anything. So far on the itinerary I have a HIP HOP tour in brooklyn lined up . I'm only 23 yrs. young and I'm a B-Boy (breakdancer) so I'm looking forward to that pretty much. Going to visit the Statue of Liberty, World Trade Center, and Timesquare. Some museums and such..etc..

Any comments tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated everyone. For everyone who's been there if you can post up your experiences and what I should look out for that would be great. This is my first trip to the east coast and I'm just trying to make it a great experience.

Since you like hip hop and break dancing and stuff, you should check out Battery Park which is the part that you take off to go to Statute of Liberty. Definitely try the NY pizza and cheesecake. Not sure if you are into basebell, maybe check out the Yankee stadium.

Watchout for Homo Thugs when you guys take the subway. Have fun!!

Yeah, I am pretty much done for the exterior, maybe some LED tail lights later on. Now I just need to save up more for some engine and suspension works.

Peter Luger steakhouse in Brooklyn... you won't be disappointed. Also if you don't have a fear of onions, try their tomato and onion dish... superb. Little Italy was cool too, food was really good. NY was fun... gotta go back sometime.

I am neither a Mets fan or Yankee fan, but I would rather check out the Yankee Stadium as a tourist just because of all the history.

Take your girl to a restaurant called Serendipity, it will give you some brownie point. They have some really good dessert.

It's just going to be me and the lady! I really hope I don't want to end up in a fight or be caught looking at another girl when were out there bar hopping. I guess I have to try to be more responsible than usual.

Central Park walk sounds like it'll be a great experience though looking forward to that.

+1 on Hoboken.

My gf is from NJ. They got some good clubs over there. Just a subway ride away from the city.

I thought it was obvious, but I meant the Memorial for the WTC.

I was in College and before that in Highschool.

Thanks for the information I'll PM you my info. and such later. Yeah I think most of the response that I've gotten is that the atmosphere of being in NYC alone is enough of an adventure. Atleast I won't be too much of a tourist. Milady lived there for a year when she went to school there so I won't be completely lost.
