i was in Kauai for a week-- when i left i swear gas was still in $3.8x for regular.. what the hell happened in 7 days?

gas in Hawaii was like $4.21/gal and then i fly back into lax late last night and see regular at $4.45?!

 

well in a week i dont think it jumped 70 cents. i think these past 2 weeks it jumped about 30 cents though.

 

yea, i think just 2 weeks ago it was in the low $4 range. i just spent 4.60 a gallon this morning............

the station i fill up at jumped up 10 cents in 2 days..

 

Before memorial day weekend the price of oil/barrel was 135 and premium at my local station was about 4.30.

Now price of oil/barrel is 122 and premium at my local station is 4.55.

Normally gas in OC is about 20-30 cents cheaper then LA. I went to Pinks hot dogs the other night and gas was cheaper at the station across the street then my local station. Something is seriously messed up.
