ATT Wireless or ATT Residential? Can i get a uverse support number for CA

How do I know it's *really* an ATT rep when someone calls me from "ATT" to sell me the next great rate plan?

 

lol to each his own, the uverse number is the same as the att number 1-800-288-2020

 

att reps all have what they call cuid which the company uses to track them.

 

hey i just got a new phone. i had att before and received military discount. what do i have to do to get it again? i called 611 and the customer service chick sounded clueless

 

whats the deal with ATT dsl........thing keeps dropping internet like a hot patatoe............

 

the best thing to do is to come into an att store show a military or something like that and any rep can look that up for you.



As for att dsl might be computer related unless you are in a bad area.

if i walk into a store and DOWNGRADE my plan does that renew my contract? i am out of contract and have an old plan that is more and has less minutes i want to change my minutes plan by lowering it will this relock me for another 2 years? (my current plans term)

i want to add a line and get to Iphones 3g for me and my wife what is the best minutes and data plan for the buck?
