Anyone have OBD scanner? My check engine light on... Help!
Tried Autozone, but they don't loan anyone anymore. The only one left is AAMCO Transmission, but they need you to leave your car with them for couple hours, I'm not doing that.
So, I know it's a long shot, but anyone has OBD scanner out there? The one that will tell you what the problem is on the screen or just simply the code. I'll come to you and buy you lunch.
I just want to check exactly what's going on before I bring it to dealership. I've been resetting that damn thing but it keeps coming back.
Help me please! PM me if you will. Thanks!

^^ Thank you Kev and thank you guys.
I turned in my car to Tustin Nissan, TWICE so far! It was 2 days ago, I thought they solved the problem but today, it CAME BACK! I just dropped it off this morning for the 2nd time. So I'm not sure at this point. I'll keep you guys updated, but thanks so much for your quick responses and kind offers.

blah 9 times out of ten CELs mean nothing. Like mine pops off when I disconnected the a/c controllers when I installed my headunit.
I'm just surprised that autozone no longer loans the scanner. I'll call them tomorrow to double check.

Blame Arnold. They banned ODB loans this year as a "free" service. Apparently, mechanics were bitchin' about losing out on money because of these free loan-a-tool services.
But OP is correct, AAMCO is the only company that actually can do it for no charge.
