Palomar Run Sunday!
I did a run in my WRX with a group of guys from here a while back. It was a great time. So now it's time to do it again! I know it's kinda short notice, but I'll be in Julian in the morning waiting for some more rexes and a 383 Charger so far! Should just be a nice drive in the mountains....nothing too crazy
Hope to see ya there.

How about 9a.m. at the Pie Shop in Julian. Right there at the 78 and 79(?) intersection. Should be easy enough for everyone to find. Same place I bumped into you last time

The place you bumped into us before was Dudley's in Santa Ysabel. Julian is another 15 miles up the road, and it has a pie shop also, but I don't think thats where your talking about. If your wanting to go to Palomar, than it should be Dudley's, and I'll be there!!!

My WRX is running great. I am ready for bigger wheels, though
The run was fun yesterday. Started with 2 WRXs, an STi, and Alang in the Z. Picked up two 328 BMWs about half way through.

With my engine mods (~280hp), I can only "keep up" with the STi. There was a couple times when we jumped on it and it took me a second to start pulling away with him, but the STi definitely has less lag than the WRX. The STi's 2.5L turbo pulls more like a V8!
Plus it has bigger wheels and Brembo brakes, and stiffer springs, so it really is a step above. It was fun followiung it, though! I want one.
