ASPEC shift ****. Or Greddy counterweight, but I don't know how that would work on the Z. It's great on the Evo, but the Z is a different story. I have the ASPEC on the Z and it's fantastic. Make sure to try both of them though, ASPEC makes two sizes.

At first I thought the OEM **** was the best one and I didn't want an aftermarket one. After about 2 years I finally gave in and bought the Evo-R titanium shift ****. Hated it at first because it felt so different but after about a month, I loved it. It's a lot smaller than the OEM one so I like that, and it makes the throws a lot smoother too ![Big Grin](https://my350z.com/forum/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)
