so... finally started back in the gym
.... And before getting ready to go home i noticed a wall with a ton of post it's all over it with GOALS as the title on the post it. I assume when someone signs up for a gym membership they are probably given the post it to place on the wall to give them a little bit of drive and motivation. The one below was the most interesting out of the 9 that i reviewed. enjoy

You had a weak immune system.... When you came in contact with all those other people germs/bacteria your body couldnt take it... Its exactly what happens to a lot of trainees when they would hit basic training, all of a sudden your sharing a space with 240 others.. They all get sick, so I make sure to smoke the hell outta them so they are getting stronger by the second before they hit the rack... Then youll find less get sick..

man... im health as hell now... that flu was no joke tho.... never felt a sickness like it.. it was seriously different... i was drowning myself in the Tharaflu drinks and that really helped the symptoms ease over, the hardest part was shaking that cough... i had it for like 2 solid weeks AFTER the flu symptoms were gone!
