Did you NOT read.
I made the post because I was issued a speeding ticket for a speed that I was not going. No radar, and was just a guess by the inaccurate officer.

Clearly if I was speeding, there wouldn't be an issue, in which your unneeded comment could be valid.

But its a Merica' talk freely when noone asked right

Top of second is 60-65 depending on mods. Apparently I have a Veyron, dumbest thread title evarrr for someone who was speeding by their own admission. Cops are trained to gauge speed without radar or laser and they are certified to do so meaning it is the same if they had radar. You will have to prove your innocence and you will be unable to do so because you were over the limit. Grow up and pay your ticket if you want to drive like a douche. Even if you were only 85 mph that's 20 over the limit and a cop is not going to be that far off with an estimated speed. He did you a favor by not giving you over 100+ impounding your car and taking you to jail.

PS I did read your post and I think you're a liar. You also may not have asked my opinion but you aired your personal business on a public forum.

The bolded part is only half true. Yes, they're trained to gauge speed but their guess doesn't hold the same weight as radar or pacing in court.

Yeah my point is the officer is not going to be 70 mph off. 135-65=70.

The whole reason for making this thread, was to gain information and input in dealing with California law, seeing as I never have.

Also for the officer to say he paced me at 130 is complete ********, which is why I made the thread to gain information of fighting the absolute BS lie of speed that the officer is accusing me of.

But thank you PPZ, you comments were noted

Can't see the pic LB. You gotta admit you were speeding in order to fight this one way or another. As much as I hate cops he did you a huge favor for writing you 95. Could have been close to 2 grand fine, jail, impound, tow, the works. Be thankful and pay it if you are in the wrong. If I am judging an innocent man guilty, than my apologies. I shouldn't have called you a liar though, sorry mang. Your story sounds a bit fishy is all and hard to defend. Good luck I would still rather see you get away then get nailed.

It was just a picture of the pup saying have a good day,lol

I did move the speed to match traffic, but he was lying about the speed and wrote me a ticket for it. Trust me if I was speeding or in the wrong is admit it. but he was more or less screwing me.
