and sure It is kind of ugly, but it is a 2400lb street legal, mid 10 sec 1983 Porsche with a built up LS2/200 shot nitous w/ 2#10lb bottles. So say it's ugly all day long but I get compliments, and when the tires hook it takes out 600's.

Thanks.I think the 914 is the ugliest Porsche made, but there is a good following for those to.I wanted something different, something you won't see in a line up together like all the mustangs. The aluminum body is a plus.I will say it is a goofy looking car(body lines)but when it came out in the 80's it was a bad as$ car,I remember like yesterday(Weird Science)but again you weren't born yet

I think it's funny how we as car builders/customizes, get and idea only to see it pop back up in main stream TV. My roommate pain stackingly made these stencils and used rattle can paint. This was finished about 2-3 weeks ago. Just in time for the movie? before... and after.. The rear hatch is closed, but you can still make it out.

Your 944 looks really good. But................the 914 isn't/wasn't "ugly". It may have had unconventional looks, but it was an outstanding handler in the early 1970's. Here is a pic of mine taken sometime during 1971.
