Actually, I was thinking that Rodel would take the hint and organize a fun route for the Austin Group and we could kind of hook-up for lunch in Brenham. I've got a couple of things lined up that we could all do in the surrounding area, then we could bid adios and go back to our seperate routes for the trip home (unless you want to come back to Houston with us...and I SURE don't know why you'd want to do that!).
but...
I've heard that some of the Austin Z's are coming in to start the day with us here in Houston and then split off after lunch which is waaaay cool too !!!
All are welcome. We'll have some non-Z drivers too.
It's all about having a good time...

So far Rodel hasn't noticed your event yet. It is not listed on our club event. I'll email him and Jessie Corona (VP Event) so we can arrange a caravan from Austin and meet yours half way.
BTW: Rodel was elected club president for 2003.

Welcome to Austin. Look like there are a few of us from Austin now that want to join this event. I'll try to get more from the Austin Capital Z Of Texas club to come along, so we can have an Austin caravan. Drop by the monthly club meeting on the 31th to say hello and meet other Austin Z folks. Jeff Fisher is coming to the club meeting to talk about the TWS event https://my350z.com/forum/showthread....threadid=22047
Here is the link to the club for info. http://www.capitalzoftexas.com/

Thanks!
Dave,
Just want to say thanks for inviting us along for the fun drive. The bluebonnet do look blurry. I enjoyed the winery tour and the wine tasting. My wife enjoyed the antique shopping in Favettville. See you at the next Z event.

Bad Weather but...
Okay...so we had sucky weather but it was a great run...
I've attached some pics of our run. Gotta say, we hit the pedals...Moroccan_Mole is insane! Had a great time and really put our Z's to the test.

Again Bluebonnett run
Here is a nice shot of all the different Z's that went on the run...350z's are at the end. Notice the pristine 240Z in the front of the pic...our roots! Nice collection of all types of Z's!

Roofline pic
Here is a cool shot I took while we were stopped at Pleasant Hill Winery for our tour...a montage of Z's! Nice job by Z club of Houston for setting this up...especially Zcar Dave! We hooked up with some members from the Austin Z club in Brenham, TX...nice midway point to meet up!
Despite the weather...this was a great meet. Definitely have to do it again!
