Default I dynoed my z(vid)

238 hp and 219 torque. We all know how hot it was today as well as humid.

hahah no doubt, Ill come to that, but Im not gonna dyno. Maybe if I get the new exhaust.

Um... Dyno numbers are corrected for weather conditions, altitudes, etc. You should just be worried about what others are dynoing around you in other Z's on same day, similar time, similar conditions, same dyno, etc. And dynos are just tools for tuning, not for measuring power.

Good numbers. Why did you dyno? We have one coming up. It's better for you to see what your numbers are relative to other Z's with what I've written above. Also, post up your graph.

I was already out there anyway, and the dyno was open.

They do adjust but not to the point where the engine is effected by it. The VQ hates hot and humid days and looses a lot of power. The dyno will not correct itself for that.

I know how much cars (not just VQ series engines) are affected by the weather as I see it at the track all the time. My point was that dyno numbers are given at least some sort of correction and doesn't mean much, especially if one dynos by oneself with nothing around to compare with.
