Default Truthfully: how much would you pay for this supra?

I met the kid selling this a while back, seems like a cool laid back guy.
My friend sold him those piaa's for like 700 bucks haha.
Its a clean car but geez, cant you find supras for much cheaper than 16k in DFW? My buddy needs a car and im sure a supra wouldnt be too bad for a project car.

KBB says I should pay 8 grand for a Good condition one:

KBB is usually a good benchmark, but not with a Supra. You'll see alot of Supras in good condition going for $40k. If there's nothing wrong with the car then $16k is a good deal.

NA, paint doesnt match, is it auto or manual? i like how the NA supra guys think they can get away with over pricing their supras like the TT 6 speed supra guys. offer him like 10 grand.

paint match is decent in real life.

and the driver is around 20 years old i think too if i remember right. he would let his friends borrow the supra and drive it as well... >.>

one story was me and my friends went over to my other friends work place.
we saw the supra there after the place was closed so we asked whose it was.
this kid came out, claiming he owned it and etc etc. telling us about it.
we had some piaa wheels/tires we had to get rid of, so we offered to sell it to him.
we called the number he gave us later, show up at the house, and a completely different kid has the car and he says HE owns it and that the other kid was just joking around.
oh well, he tossed us like 700 bucks and we gave him the piaa wheels.
