Otherwise I would go to a Discount tire or NTB...they are very capable of doing this with out scratching or marking up your rim. You will just need to make yourself perfectly clear that you do not want a scratch on your rims. They will usually be very careful then.
thats what i was thinking to take them to Discount Tire and making sure before they start the balancing, both the person doing the balance and a manager see that the wheels are scratch/mark free. So if what ever happens its due to them balancing.

We are the customers they hate. LOL

However, just be as cool as a fan about it and they'll take care of you. They don't ever eff up any of my stuff.

Well duh! That sealant I put on there is rear-end proof!

Also, sounds like my passenger side HFC is blown out. It suddenly got reallll loud with pretty much any throttle, at idle it sounds like it's cammed sorta, and when I rev it in neutral I can hear all sorts of rattling. I looked underneath real quick and everything else looked fine. They are AAM too, so I'm SOL.

Based on the sounds, no. It's all sorts of loud right under the passenger floorboard, and I hear lots of rattling when revving in neutral. I'm gonna check it out on Thursday though, but I doubt it's a leak especially since I tightened everything back up not too long ago. Plus it comes and goes.

I had that happen to me. One if the flanges where it's welded snapped on me. My car sounded like a freaking monster v8. It was cool for 10minutes till I started getting a headache. I just had the shop weld it back together.

Which flange? Only one I couldn't see was header to cat. Maybe I need some HFC's with the braces. Oh god, now I have to deal with that brace again!

Dude that blows. Go with testpipes or run stockers. I've never seen any HFCs hold up.

I found AAM again. They changed names I think after they had those issues. I'm going to see if I can't get it replaced.

if it makes you feel better, i'm pretty sure i have a boost leak or something somewhere. I just realized i'm not making more than 3-4lbs of boost.... no wonder my car has felt weak.

Well I am the 3rd owner, so who knows. When I get them off, hopefully tomorrow, I'll know more. Maybe AAM will replace it if I'm lucky.

Everything looked fine on the outside. I was expecting a cracked pipe or something at first.
