Skrilla I've been curious. Where do you work? Is work what brought you from SoCal to Texas?

Yes and No I usually give everybody the short version. Here is the whole story.

wife job previously had 255 locations across the nation. America took and **** on everyone in '08. Mortgages were crashing and had a cascade effect. I've been in the car industry 14 years. Investors thought if people can't afford a house they can't afford a car, so auto finance companies couldn't get securitization (money) to buy loans from car dealerships. My wife and I worked at auto finance banks I was laid off and offered a job at ADP (automatic data processing) supporting F&I software as tech support. I declined because it was here in texas, coincidentally my wifes job shut down 253 locations 2 months later leaving corp office in irvine california and Hurst, so she could be unemployed with us raising our family in orange county or we could come here to texas an have more (**** here really is cheaper) like a buck for milk wow...anyway we came here. She kept her california pay and I finally accepted the ADP job in bedford so now we work down the street from one another. Her job paid to relocate us here, pretty sweet deal I gotta say. I like it here actually, If I were to change anything I would revoke the license of half the morons who cut me off in traffic, use no blinker, than look at me like I'm the insane one.

Well that sucks to hear man, but it sounds like you guys are doing well. And again, welcome to Texas. LOL

We used to live pretty close to ADP's offices (Euless actually) and our neighbor worked there for several years. She got laid off I think in '10 after they told her she wasn't going to be. Now I know why you park like a BAUS in that ADP lot. I know that parking lot and there is plenty of space away from the building.

oh ya, so true, 405 traffic in Irvine and orange crush is brutal and some people drive like animals, but I knew what to expect, driving here is different is all, I will use my blinker speed up and switch lanes and get cut off like I'm not there, makes me nutz sometimes. I want to see your setup and check out your car

So true. I'm getting my rear tires on Friday and since I'm off this weekend I'll be adding those missing spacers to the endlinks. Oh ya, then going for an alignment and will tweak the settings on the endlinks as well.

Now you just need to snag a DB bumper and clean those filthy wheels.

No jake. Haven't even messed with it. It's sitting on one of my dolleys in the corner of shop. Problem is I'm behind with projects and my prelude went down so I have to drive the car to airport every wk. soon as I get caught up in a wk or 2 I'll put car on lift and try to get everything swapped out over the wknd. Just sucks starting next wk I'll be workin in the Wisconsin area and probly won't be getting back til Friday. Only gives me 2 days to drop the engine and swap the parts needed to complete
The engine and put turbos on
