Actually good material isn't cheap. Depending on color a pnt of paint will cost 50-100 bucks. Add in sealer, clear and primer if needed you will have 175 in material alone for a bumper

Alright tap has been ordered and the new seat belt bolt so hopefully by next week I will have a seat belt again lol. Its funny, I went to courtesy today to order the bolt and they wanted to sell me the whole assembly for $250 but I got on their website and got it for $1.40...

Pat, which tap did you need? Most seatbelt bolts are 7/16 x forgot thread pitch but it's a common size. I'm sure I probly have the bolt somewhere too. When I installed my harnesses I replace with the eyebolts and I retreaded 4 of mine to go into the back holes of my seats for my lap harnesses

So Patrick when you ordered the bolt was it listed as 11 mm or 7/16?

 

Its M11X1.25. PITA to find and pretty much impossible locally. Fastenal in rockwall could've gotten it for me but they wanted $107 just for the tap

yobi fixed my old account named - mikes10 - it was broke, i could view more as a guest not logged in than i could with the mikes10 account ha! so i had to make the mike2k3br as a second account in order to be able to browse and post after i bought my car - i actually made the mikes10 account so i could look around at the for sale ads before i bought my car - so now i'm back to mikes10 as my primary since its fixed
