It is right up front at the other end of the lower radiator hose - really easy to get to after you remove a few things - or you can fight it and try to fit your hands in there - i couldn't find any fail safe 160/155 degree stats - anyone know of using something like this on our car? I'm half guessing ours is 180 which is probably fine.
I was skeered to use my stocker - you want to buy mine - it has 108k on it?
definitely no doubt about the cooler - it completely slipped my mind - and was great information to know that the temp creeped up (i'll have no idea what my temps are) - i have to rely on my oil to do its work for this track day - unless i stumble across a cheep cooler from ebay or something - i have used Setrab in the past so that would be my choice if i had to have a brand on it - more capacity is great
I always wonder about adding the restriction to the oil pump because the pump prob. isn't designed to flow the added oil and restriction but its prob. not anything at all anyways -
I didn't run a cooler on my supra - and haven't added one to the Subaru either - so i never even thought about it with the Z -

Plug change is real easy just do one at a time. If you have a wire tuck u can do plugs in about 10 mins. depends on how often u want to change

i think the HR's come with iridium......man it kinda sucks be the odd ball of the group
I have a spring compressor. I've used it on several cars and it's about reached it's limit, but I'll give it a go anyway.
In this case it's not bad being the odd ball. You've got the powah!
Having a tech day isn't a prob. Almost have all the cars out of the shop and it's not that hot just yet. My branick is a wall mount spring compressor. I've had several of the big bolt ones but with the progressive springs on the newer cars and trucks I don't think they are safe. You can literally compress a spring in like 2mins
