I use photobucket - it is super easy to upload pics there for me and share them anywhere or go back at anytime

Chris wins for best post of the day!

I will throw out my RANDOM post of the day:

Any of you guys that have children.... Would you pay to have a headhunting or recruiting service for Nannies? If you needed a nanny would you go through an agency that did all prescreening, background checks, sent you a video recording of the pre-screening, and then let your family interview the nanny at a neutral office location... as well as offering CPR and various other training courses and certifications?

If so, what would a service like this be worth to you?

Corbin I've got one kid, but we can't afford a nanny. I'll give some thoughts and pretend I could though.

I would probably be delighted to know that there's a service out there that stands behind a nanny and performs all the necessary checks. It would eliminate some leg work and would be almost as reliable as word of mouth referral.

I think if someone can afford a nanny they can afford a service like this. And if you don't already have a name for the business you should call it "The Mary Poppins Agency".

Laguna Seca is a nice track I've been there once

The swap went smoothly, but there was a problem with the power bleeder so I didn't get all the air pushed out with that method. I found that out by driving and I had to pump the pedal three times every stop just to get decent pedal feel and to stop at all.

I had my buddy come over and we did the old style two man pump/bleed method. This took care of alot of the weak pedal, but there was another problem. I accidentally stripped the head of a bleeder bolt on the inside bank of the right front caliper. *The Brembos have two bleeders for each caliper - one inside bank bleeder and one outside bank bleeder.* I was still able to test drive the car and hoped that the system was bled properly even though I never got that bleeder screw loose to tackle that caliper bank.

No luck! The car would stop a little better, but the front left would grab hard and jerk the car to the left. The right front caliper would catch up and jerk the car back to the right.

I knew I would have to get that bleeder screw loose and out of there somehow and it would need to be replaced. Each bleeder screw is $56 from Nissan. I started searching and found that I could get an entire set (8) of the Speed Bleeders for the exact same cost of $56. I ordered the speed bleeders from Oakos Automotive and received them within 3 days. I picked up a set of extractor sockets from Autozone to get the stripped bleeder screw out.

My buddy came over and after swapping ALL 8 bleeder screws to the speed bleeders we tackled the bleeding the old fashioned way again.

Good news after all of that - I have the most solid brake pedal ever and it stops just like I had hoped. Moral of the story I guess is don't be an idiot like me and strip a bleeder screw. Whoever bled them last had them WAY too tight. The manual says only 5-11 lb/ft of torque. Doesn't take much for them to be tight enough to seal.
damn I'd appreciate you coming to my place to help out when I install mine. they are nuthin special but my Power slots arrived a few days ago.

I'd love to come help. It will have to be a weekend. Actually I'll be out of town next weekend and the weekend after. So either tomorrow evening or early Saturday (depending on the shooting range).

That's cool too, but separate the Nanny and the Poppins.

Man between my last post and this one I went and ran 1.5 miles. I'm sweating everywhere. Time for a shower.

Corbin, this sounds interesting...however who would take the hit for any Physical injuries or death ? Or what about property damage to any dwelling ? Your insurance would be a huge factor I would think to cover yourself for Law suits....because you will be acting as an employment agency since you would be placing individuals that you screened in somebody else's house.

Unless you can bypass all this crap ! Just playing devil's advocate.

I would hope that a nanny wouldn't damage a home or injure/kill a child!
