Wow, this is new

I'll be meeting you guys at Racetrac in the morning. As soon as my son goes to sleep I'm going out to the garage to re-adjust my camber again.

The one I have is too big to fit in the Z, so no cooler.. unless someone else wants to bring theirs.

^ LOL, cheesing pretty hard in that pic.

After I saw you guys take some panorama pics, I just had to take my own.

BTW, I just watched my videos. Not sure what a good time should be in a car like ours... but I look really slow, lol. I got a LOT of room for improvement.

car sounds good indeed Chris, and a great camera angle -

I had VCD on all day - I have never had a car with aids - so i'm using them - this summer it only kicked in twice (once it saved my life probably or at least my car, thanks to a steady stream of water coming out of the middle of the track.)

In the morning the VCD was kicking in all over the place - mostly on the right front brake, a few times on the rear right brake caliper - and cutting power on a few of the exit turns noticeably - but towards the last couple of sessions I don't think it was kicking in at all accept for a couple of times when i was pushing to keep up with fith and scott - I have only had the car on the track twice now - and I am not a professional race car driver - so I'm still learning that track and training myself - there is a LOT left to learn at that track!

I was running a little bit lower pressure than normal - not sure it had a huge effect, at that track i typically run around 35 -36 hot i think i came in and was around 31-33lbs and you could hear it in my tires they were squealing everywhere haha - I had a theory with that though -I was trying to get the tire to roll around more and move - because the inside is worn out on those tires and the rears are completely toast - so i was trying to use the parts of the tire that don't get used.... again nothing but seat of the pants engineering - and i say toast, what i mean is they are almost done in terms of having any tread - i still think they are pretty grippy haha - i'm just worried the belts are going to start showing on the insides -

I did have some noticeable under steer out there this time, i didn't notice that this summer but I'm not complaining I had a blast.

Scott / fith - i was impressed on the track with ya'll both of you guys were braking well when i was behind you - i was able to keep you guys because i was waiting later to brake, you guys would have your lights on and i'd still be in the throttle - but when scott was behind me i was certain he was doing that to me! and i felt like our drag races were pretty damn cool because it was like we all had even power! made it really fun - i don't EVER get to run on the track with so many cars that have similar powers and handling - i get why there is a spec series now -

Thanks, guys. That Z06 sounded mean, too (you can hear it in my video). I ♥ C6s and the LS.

ECR is a pretty cool, technical track. The surface was a little rough, but loved the big elevation changes, off camber turns, straightaways (5th gear!), etc. Those blind turns and hairpin turns made me brake early most of the time, lol. I was pretty off the racing line, anyway. I'm going to blame other cars for confusing me.

I hear you on the tire wear as mine had 0/32" - 2/32" tread left depending on inside/middle/outside before the track day. It's almost time, seasonally, for new rubber anyway.

BTW, did any of guys have any uninterrupted/unimpeded full laps?

Lucky. I didn't get much time alone on the track to figure things out.

Eagerly waiting on the vids.
