Patrick is running a 255/40/17 so it would be a bit off. Either way I think he was just over excited about the speed. 
I run a 275/40/18 rear tire so I believe my speeds to be quite true. I remember seeing 105mph and I know I pushed harder a couple of times after, but didn't check the speed. So yes it is possible I approached 110mph on that straight, but probably not any faster than that. I also don't push as hard and brake as late as you guys because I need to upgrade brake pads and tires. I would imagine it's quite possible Chris was at 120mph.

Stu, I bet your toe is off on the rears...after 2000 miles....your tires should not have lost that much rubber.
I would get a Pro-rated set like Chris P said.

My new poochie thinks she is a bed bug. She likes to crawl under the covers and attack me and **** off the other dogs lol. They all think they are supposed to sit on the couch and sleep in people beds lol

I can see how you can get Pat & Scott mixed up...Scott is Old....Pat is young...Scott is fast....Pat is slow....Lol All you white people look the same to us Asians as well.
Hmm, I always thought toe only affected if they wear evenly. I had the fronts replaced last summer and the inside was gone due to bad toe. Got new tires, and an alignment then. I'll see if I can pull up the results so I know what is/isn't off. The part that worries me is that it's wearing fast, but evenly.

We should do a go-kart meet sometime.. I went to one of those in Chicago and it was a blast. We also did strip club meets up there, too, but I don't know how many of you guys c/would even go, lol.

The analog speedo is always off and even more so once you start going up the triple digits so probably not that fast realistically.

Alignments go out of spec pretty easily, especially if you have the eccentric toe bolts in the rear. Check to see if you have feathering.

^^^of course.. The T killed a mod hunger that I needed for a bit.. Im back on fkn with the Z.. Only drifting though.. Im not going to change my suspension setup all the time to auto-x and drift.. Im looking for a car hauler/trailer..

so what are you trying to say jake, that i am an old fart?? kinda true. i may be out of town this weekend to help a buddy with his kids, his wife just had surgery so she is laid up in bed and they have twin one year olds, and a 5 year old

I have been the slowest Z so far, but have upgraded some things on my car and improved driving techniques and I've gotten faster with each event. Just wait until I get the new tires on for next season. Then that whale tail will be bringing up the rear of the Z pack! Bahahaha
