Does it do it on a smooth road or a bumpy road? Mine (stance lx) do it on the small bumps, but on the interstate you hear nothing. Checked it out last time I was in Dallas saw no wear or rubbing from anywhere. It's only my pass side that does it

Only at slow speeds bumps or no bumps. Can't hear it on the freeway at all. Your probably right Jake

Sounds like a really quick "tick tick tick tick" on acceleration, and I think on downshifts for me also. I have 5AT though.
I use low profile ramps that I picked up at walmart. $45. But still lack of garage makes life difficult. $10 for the oil collector and my local oreillys takes the oil for free.

The shop called me today and asked me to be honest and tell them if I drive the car hard. I told them no **** and they told me I broke the shift fork. $1650 for overhaul and that's with discounted parts. It's who you know over what you know ftw. My buddys grandfather is the franchise owner of eagle tramsmission and he made a call for me and told them I was like family so they cut me a deal. Still wish I could make a cd009 swap but oh well. Jake/Jason thanks again for the offer, it means alot. Should hopefully be back up and running by Friday, maybe monday. Damn Volvo is gonna drive me nuts lol

^^^its "easier" when peops just do everything for ya holmes...also prolly doesnt help that this is his DD...has to get it done now...when you catch yourself in that situation - 300 extra bucks doesnt sound so bad, and he doesnt have to do ANY work himself - who wouldnt?

If it were J or I....you already know we'd be trolling through junk yards with all the 06/07s Z's or G's getting quotes....hauling it...and installing it..

I lust for another clutch or diff install - all I do is suspension and exhaust ALL the time.. you know what "they" say - variety is the spice of life..

Also just went to car-parts.com - PLENTY of them locally from 700 up to 1200...

The work isn't the issue at all, I would actually probably enjoy it to an extent but it is my daily driver so I can't be waiting for shipping and such. Idk why but I could never really find any locally but I always just searched for them in google shopping. Found some on eBay with 50-60k on them and I had found a brand new one for $1645 but still $185 for shipping and the wait. I'm not gonna have this car forever mist likely so IMHO having a compltely rebuilt tranny in my car is better than having a 30-50k mile cd009. I could be wrong but that's just how I see it.

I remember some of ya'll talking about shooting in here a short bit back. Just a quick toss out, does anyone here shoot .40S&W? I have like 40 rounds of 155gr Hydrashock that need a home, and I don't need it so its up for grabs.

I'll ask around with some of the guys I work with. We all carry guns for a work and most of the guys I work with carry 40. Are you wanting to just give it away or sell it. If selling, how old is the ammo and how much do you want for it?
