lol... wouldnt be the first time i hit a bird... lol...

the really funny thing is, the insurance/police report will show that he "lost control of his vehicle" instead of "hit an obstacle in the road"

had the same thing happen to someone in my family, she didnt lose control but the guy that hit her did, the guy was avoiding being sideswiped by a mustang, hit a curb, then swerved across 2 other lanes and hit her. The police simply said that HE lost control of his vehicle... and told him next time, "let the mustang hit you" that way, the mustang hit you, you didnt lose control of your vehicle...

really bad conclusion for a terrible situation...

this video was on the news here in dallas last night. they were also saying that the guy owns somw shop that was going out of business and they are possibly investigating insurance fraud. i hate birds; first they sh*t on your car then they sink it!
