Well I wont go into all of the details as to how much I paid for it but I have had it way before you guys even had the reflash program and I had to sign several non disclosure documents for it. I will also get the final version. I have access to the same program they tune your car with on the dyno, except its on my laptop. There are still parts of it I am not allowed to talk about or post screenshots of it. But it really does turn your ecu into a standalone.

I don't know if I would believe any of these fair weather beta testers that are posting here. I asked Jared again about the user tuner version, and here's his response, received on Feb. 18. I'm getting a little annoyed myself, but it is going to be free, so...
We've sent it out to two of our pro tuners and due to the feedback
we've had to hold off on mass beta testing. There are a few more
functional things that we have to work on to make it usable for end
users. We're hoping to wrap it up in the next couple of weeks, but
it's hard to say for sure when it will be done.

That means they have to make it easy to use for people who have no experince tuning. For me its easy to use. Its still in a unfinished state so some screens on the tuner are missing or are not completed but it works.

Honestly if you don't know what your doing you shouldn't be tuning your car. Thats my opinion.

The problem is that Osiris will be accessible to more people than UTECs and Haltechs because it is much cheaper. It is also seamingly simpler... just load it on your PC and load her up. I'm sure UpRev doesn't want their product to do harm to new, eager, want-to-be tuners.
UpRev produces quality products. Look what happened when a few people had trouble flashing the ECU with Osiris... they stopped everything and re-wrote Osiris to make it much more robust and foolproof.
