What is available currently? Like right now? Can I eliminate the top speed limiter? Is there a function that when you are in WOT, the throttle opens fully, under all conditions? Can you raise the rev limiter? You do mail-in flashes? Thanks for any info.

I'm also interested in the COBB. anyone have more info on that?

Yes, yes, yes, yes (on the Uprev product, but thats on internal builds, working on retail versions). You'd be best supported by COBB if you wanted to get more info on their product.

If you want to get a bit more info on the Uprev products you can PM me or read around in the tuning section, I've answered alot of questions recently.

I sent you an email and a PM last Friday.

Once again UpRev proves that their customer service is their least important vaule. I'd pull up the other thread from a few months ago but at this point I feel I'm just wasting my time with your company. Is that true?

Only the end user tuner version is not available now. The full version of Osiris and Cipher are currently available... and have been available for quite a while.

Yes, mine is eliminated. Well, it's set to 300 miles per hour. I'd call that eliminated.

Yes.

Yes, mine is raised.

Yes, they do mail in flashes, but why would you want to? Better to get Osiris and flash it yourself in your garage... or where ever... That way you don't have to take the ECU out of your car... not that it's hard, just who wants to if you don't have to... plus no three day wait if your car is a daily driver.

I don't work for UpRev. I just like their products. I have used Osiris and Cipher for quite a while.

I don't have time to troll forums constantly. Sorry I couldn't reply to you, if you'd like you can head over to frontierboards.com and see that we have been incredibly busy the last few days. I took Sunday off also if that is ok with you.

Sending PM's is not the end of the world, we have a website with easy to find contact e-mails and phone numbers. If you need to have an instantaneous response you might want to actually try contacting us rather than leaving a message on a board in a thread that I may not check constantly every day.

Also please note the other member answered your angry pointed questions.

Sorry to vent but don't go bashing the products we work 60+ hours a week to make so that you can enjoy a better product than other companies are offering, and supporting the entire community with free updates and free eTuning. You're more than welcome to take your business to other people, but if you'd like more than they offer we're available.

So is there a comparisson between your product and the Cobb? I would be interested in that. Also, I might have missed this, but is your product out for the 07-08 models?

When does an instantaneous response become a late response? 5 days later, when you are actively posting on the same message forum on which the PM was sent to you? Is that when?
Also please note that 'other members' certainly did not answer my questions that I PM'd to you dude. They also don't have any access to sell me the product I'm looking for.

Apparently you don't want to sell it either.

We're not as patient as you are. We beat our geeks daily so they know how important it is.

i was trying to decide between cobb and osiris a while ago and started this thread: https://my350z.com/forum/tuning/350262-osiris-or-cobb-ap.html

not much came out of that thread. but i can tell you why i chose osiris fwiw. i don't work for uprev and am not being paid (but i'd gladly accept any money ) just a happy osiris customer who was trying to decide between the two products.

cobb uses generic off-the-shelf maps. osiris is able to give you a map that more closely fits the mods you have. plus they can e-tune it (for free) to be a better fit for your car. cobb can monitor performance stats, fuel economy, CELs, adjust idle and ignition timing, and raise rev limit. osiris comes with cipher which can do all that except for fuel economy. osiris has optimized throttle control and cobb claims that it will be implemented in the future maps. finally, the osiris end user is much closer to being finalized. cobb claims that they may make an end user program for nissans.

i haven't heard much more from cobb about their latest developments and i haven't been paying attention since i bought osiris. so it maybe there have been some new developments (anyone feel free to chime in).

cliffs - this is why i chose osiris over cobb: osiris can build a map based on your mods and e-tunes. osiris has the optimized throttle control. end user program is closer to being complete. cobb is still underdevelopment...so maybe it will get a lot better. but i couldn't wait
