Default UPREV wait time?

Been over two months I'm wondering how long you guys have had to wait.

I do have a frontier and understand they need to get to my ecu # on a long list? Wondering how its been for the other nissan folks.

Because we had you send it back and James didn't have an extra one (d'oh) I looked into it, it was sent out, but it got sent back. Fedex is dummies sometimes. I'll send it out again, I know your address works because we sent you the system the first time.

The problem with the Frontiers was that Uprev has an overly full schedule and is under staffed. The Frontier tunes were supposed to be handled top to bottom by the person that offered the initial group buy. He never handled anything, including getting us info from the customers. It took us two months to simply get the customer information.

Uprev was never the company involved with that sale, we were trying to help what was supposed to be a new dealer to support his customers. Payments were made to him, and him directly. If you'd like you can contact him for your money back. Otherwise we're still trying to get the Frontiers updated and tuned, a model that we don't directly support except for the people that got into the group buy.

If you'd please, keep Tommys drama to the Frontier board, or ask him for a refund. If you'd like us to continue to try and help support you, contact us directly and we'll continue to work on your vehicles.

we can keep it over there, but please drop in and give some updates. that is all anyone is asking for. We have no intentions to discredit you guys, but we collectly would like some updates on our site. Ghost knew you guys were very active here so you do what you got to do to get a response. so please, spend 2 mins a day to drop in and give US an update.
thanks

I stay off that board on purpose. I try and respond to everyone with as clear of a date as possible from information given to me. I have an e-mail and an AIM. This is not the Frontier board, please stop posting Frontier board stuff on here.
