Angry Boost cut g35 haltect pnp system HELP

I want to run 10 psi for my setup for my twin turbo g35.
when ever i get 10 it get cut out.

My setting are
boost cut presure :10.0psi
boost restore presure 9.5psi
over boost delay 0ms

I have to raise my rpm limit to 7500 rpm to over come the psi cut what do i need to do so it will say at 10psi

Built motor with internals. I really don't want to raise the rpms

You have to understand that boost is controlled through a pulse width duty cycle solenoid. You might set 10 psi as target boost, but that means it will oscillate (quickly) between say, 9 psi and 11 psi. Mean pressure over time will be 10 psi. What this means is that you have to set your boost cut to slightly higher than your target boost. My target boost is 15 psi and my boost cut is 17 psi.

If you're really worried about it, you can bring your boost cut down closer to your target, but it should not be AT your target, but then you should increase the over boost delay to something reasonable (not 0). Consider that most solenoids operate at 30 Hz, you should give the solenoid at least 1 or 2 cycles to correct for a spike (which would be in the 70 millisecond range).

For a 10 psi target boost, I would recommend boost cut of 12 psi, restore of 9 psi, with delay of 70 ms.

EDIT: Please be sure you have been tuned up several PSI from your target boost level. If you've only been tuned to 10 psi, set boost to 8 psi and boost cut to 10 psi.

Because you overboosted at 5000 rpm?

Who tuned your car? You have to tune boost control, just like AFR and timing...

of course not, you use the haltech boost solenoid. you bought a 2000$ EMS, use its functionality.

Otherwise, i'll trade ya a UTEC thats is much simpler to use.
