Sounded like they're in the UK, right hand drive, the UK uses MPH and the guy says 200mph "clear as day" CRAZY.

Top fuel dragsters do 330mph with a 1/4 mile at 4.5 sec. The SR-71 Blackbird does mach 3.5. The video wasn't a claim to be the fastest car ever.
