People are asking where to get them; your site vendors have them. We are a dealer and we are getting ours shipped to our customers weekly. They do have a small wait time, but you have to get your order in to get in line

Heat shield are mostly for radiation heat not for hot air .Any intake inside the engine bay will suck hot air.The best way to prevent this is getting air from the outside.

Yeah, I'd like to see some Independant Dynos. We all know Stillen claimed 9hp, but only put out 3hp. Like to see if Fuijita puts out more than Stillen...

Looks like my Fujita intake might be delivered today. Trying to get in touch with Function:Tuned to see if they could do the install and before / after dyno on Saturday. Not sure how much that might cost???!

Exclamation Lost Hp!!

Well, here it is, my dyno results (before and after) done at Function:Tuned in NOVA. I actually LOST HP! Funny thing is, I'm still very happy with these intakes. They sound awesome and look great - and isn't that why we buy these intakes anyway, ha!

I took 3 runs at stock (253.8 HP), then they installed my intakes and we did 3 more runs. The numbers actually showed a loss of HP (249.3 HP)??!! Dave suggested that the ECU may need to "re-learn" its new setup so I cruised around a bit. Unfortunately, it only got hotter and I got only one chance for a WOT run. So, I went back and we did 3 more runs, but no real change. **DISCUSS YOUR THOUGHTS**

Oh well, I'm still looking forward to buying a Nismo exhaust to see if that "loosens" things up a bit.

By the way, Dave and the guys at Function:Tuned totally ROCK!! Even though it's over 2 hours away from me, they will do EVERY install I have from now on!! I only wish I lived close enough to just go by and hang out with them every once in a while.

Here are the printouts that I got from Dave. I'm leaving these pics rather large so that you can (hopefully) see more detail.

Im def. not getting these then...I HAVE to have performance, not only looks and sound. Glad you're still happy with them though. Damn...Stillen it may have to be...or I may just stay stock.

Also, how long did the intake install take? Maybe this could be heat soak??

So at the end of the day... You lost 5 HP, Stillen gained 3 HP, so the Stillen intake gained 8 HP on the Fujita Intake?

Hmm... So sad...

Out of curiosity, did you reset your ECU before both sets of runs? (i.e. reset ECU before stock-intake runs, and then reset ECU before fujita-intake runs?)

My fujitas felt like a loss too til I reset the ECU. I don't see a loss or a gain in your dynos, took you 3 runs to get 254whp stock... and your first run with the intakes started out about the same as your first run stock.

I do find it really weird you didn't gain power even though your a/f was a bit leaner. That's odd.
