Default Fujita Air '07 350z intake dyno results

My car was prototyped for Fujita Air's intake system for the '07 350z. As I understand it, the units are currently in production and should be ready in a few more weeks.

They were nice enough to do a before and after dyno pull. I have no information about what type of dyno it was, what gear run was done in, etc.

'07 Z dyno

My car reads kind of low on their dyno Aren't other 07 owners dyno'ing in the 260s??

Regardless, you can see the intake appears to give significant gains on the top end. I will let you know when I receive a production unit

I don't have the intake yet. I had previously dropped off my car so they could take measurements and do their fabrication of the intake. I am supposed to receive a production unit from the first batch.

well...... how long do you think it took to pull the baseline, take it off the dyno... install the DUAL intake setup and set the dyno back up and run it again???

yeah... that is a possiblity. But if after 12 pulls you get 10whp sign me up.

Damn, that's some good numbers if it real...By looking at the graph, it looks about like all the dyno's of the 07 as far as the HP/TQ curve...Can't wait to see the setup

If it takes 12 pulls to get 10hp with no tuning, don't you gotta question what's going on?

Aside from the obvious funny business... how about... adjustments to the intake for better gains?

edit: btw, I can believe those results... the stillen intake gains 3whp but doesn't really change much, leaving the stock piping. The piping has the accordion ridges which create turbulence in the airflow.

Maybe it's the ecu relearning WOT parameters and such with the increased airflow

I'd like to see pics of this thing when it comes out
