Default Installed FI high flow cats yesterday

Yes lol the uninstall of my old cats were a *****. the 2 top bolts completly broke off. But I got them on and so far I love them. I threw a cell this morning but I had to pull the cats back off to put hi-temp gasket maker between the manifolds and the cats. Reset my ecu and gonna ride around some more tonight to see if i get another ses light. But over all the sound is great with my agency power exhaust. Could definatly tell a differnce.

Get non-foulers for them... It'll stop you CEL and you'll get better gas mileage!!

HaHa Ill get some non foulers, I just got a ses light so ill try some tomorrow. I was under the impression you would not get a ses light with hi flow cats. They are fast intention high flows.

I do need to get some sounds clips, I just hate them because you really can't get a good tone on film. But i'll see what I can do.

You really shouldn't be getting a CEL from HFCs. Many people run then and its very rare to get a CEL. I'm running Crawfords and I know others that are running the same ones and berks and no one I know has had issues.

This might be limited to the FI HFCs only. At least those are the only people coming forth with their issue.

No has issues with CEL? Are you sure ? Every thread I read regarding ANY HR HFC results in CEL coming in in as little as startup to 2k miles later. That is way to frequent to keep resetting stuff otherwise Id be rocking some HFCs by now.

Ive rarely (if ever) heard of people getting CEL's with HFC's installed correctly on an HR...

test pipes are another story.
