1) Even after recall work completed, clutch still gets stuck to floor (only when
launching very aggressively)
2) Uneven tire wear (straight from factory)
3) Passenger side window rolls down slower than driver side, and it sounds like
it's going to stop working any day now.
4) RPM tach needle bounces and lacks firmness.
5) I also got the slight stuttering when I floored the car once, but it only
happened once. I would say it's due to the aftermarket cats.

1. Driver side window motor retarded, when using automatic - it rolls all the way up then comes back down and stops halfway.
2. Loud pushout bearing & flywheel chatter.
*For all of you with the vibration/ stutter noises coming from your car; There is a bracket that is held with 4 bolts that connects from your test pipes/cats to the bottm of your tranny. 2 bolts into the tranny, 2 bolts supporting your test pipes. Make sure all the 4 bolts are tightened very well, the bracket will make noises when it vibrates against the bottom of the tranny because of all the vibrations from your test pipes/ high flow cats. Mine started making stuttering noises; I tightened the 4 bolts and the problem was solved. It's very easy to fix, just jack up your car and tighten the bolts.

the flywheel chatter you guys complain about is normal.. every Z i've had been in chatters when the clutch isn't fully depressed.. nothing to worry about, and hardly a problem. Annoying? Yes...
Overall I feel is the HRs are reliable. No major problems what not...
for the people that feel the stuttering after HFC, it IS the HFCs.. been in 3 different HRs, before and after and ALL of them will sort of stutter around 2-3rpms.. (after HFCs are installed, no stuttering prior to install) i'm guessing the ECU doesn't really familiarize itself with the A/F ratio changes from the HFCs.. but after a while it isn't as bad.
This isn't the same stuttering as people like Stylett has, the stuttering he explains is way different..
Ghsing, im surprised you still have the early model year uneven tirewear.. have you brought it in? My car wore perfectly even dropped on GF210s for 22k miles.. (day I bought my car I drove directly to install my springs)
Stylett I feel you on getting all the nooks and crannies fixed before 3 year 36k.. i'm planning on going in at 35,999 miles to get my tach replaced because i'm such a procrastinator. I'll probably go to Tim at performance (service center) because he's the only one that takes me seriously and listens to me.. never had a bad experience from him. Great guy too.. highly recommend him. I feel bad that you never got your **** handled..

Hm, the stuttering im talking about is something vibrating, like something under the car was loose and rattling, I heard it when i went full throttle or slowing down in gear from 4k-2k rpms. It was the bracket for me. It started happening after i installed my test pipes, my problem was that either the bolts got loose or i didnt tighten them enough. Anyways, that's my story, it went away after

Got my '07 in January 2008.
Have ~19,000 miles. Have started to get intermittent 5th gear grind and sometimes grinding into 2nd. Also shift linkage does not feel very smooth while in neutral. Have not yet done the slave cylinder recall.
Exhaust has some type of metallic sounding vibration on cold-startup. Goes away when warm. Just had an oil change and asked them to check for anything loose, but nothing was found.

Grind, high rpms 2nd gear. I thought it was me, but guess it might be a issue with the car. Hmm.

38k here on an 07. I've had the slave recall done with no clutch problems since (I was one of the first to have the problem). I still get the "stuttering" issue when the car is warming up but it hasn't gotten better or worse.
Other than that.. no problems.
