Yes the JWT fly will work fine with the CMAK and any of our clutches.

Do you recommend changing the MC while doing the clutch/CMAC?

If it is older and used well yes, You just don't know if you'll need it until you open the system up, When you try and bleed the system it will let you know, They will not build pressure and allow bleeding of the system if they are weak.
It's not that expensive of a part really so if you have the funds just do it to prevent issues down the road.
