I dyno'd my car at Sound performance couple months back during free dyno day with chicagoz club.
279 whp- My HR mods injen dual cai intakes, injen super ses catback exhaust
263 whp-another HR Z with same mods except short ram intakes (nismo exhaust, dual custom short ram intakes)
254 whp- Stock HR
I should be around 310-315 whp w. no tune and my newly developed tp's from Turbo XS installed.
All piping is 2.5 inch. Hope for the best when I purchase Cobb or some other tuning device. Again amazing numbers!, but each dyno is different. I'll keep you guys posted.

Injen CAI, Kinetix V+ , test pipes, Greddy Evo2, Competition Stage 2 clutch and flywheel, and Osiris ..... just listed them in my sig... I had the UR crank pulley but chose not to install it on this engine...
money is tight these days so i was not able to get the pair of headers I wanted to throw them on while my engine was out ... I want either the Nismo Headers or Crawfords, I have decided I am not going to skimp on them .... I would possibly go for strup headers but I would still want the crawfords so it would just be a waste...
Im most likely going to get the pair of crawfords when the money is there, and have them installed and re-tuned... The shop hopefully will throw my car on the dyno for a pull just to make sure my A/F is good ... im not worried about pulling the most power outta this motor just yet if the tune isnt perfect though...
But once the money is there I am def going to finish off the car with the crawfords..
But the 279 was put down about 3k miles before this engine blew without the flywheel in there while it was eating oil so i dont know if the compression was right or not, i have no idea what I am going to get now, im very curious... also with the UR pulley which is no longer on my car..

Just an FYI- 279 whp @ Sound performance. (No tune) (catback, cai intakes)
I'm assuming 310-315 whp b.c Phenom has the same mods as I do and he dyno'd 317whp w. no tune. I haven't dyno'd yet with my tp's. I still want to do nismo headers, and Cobb tuning before achieving these numbers. Looks like me and Phenom got the freak HR's. Woot!

*sigh* ..........It's been covered that this is a very happy dyno. Just be happy if you see gains. Aside from A.H (and I won't start on that agian), this is the only dyno where I have ever seen a bolt-on HR make over 305whp. Lakeside made 26X on a dynapack and with the same mods put down 304whp on this dyno. Just be happy if you get into the 290's. Just FYI, get Osiris, there is a reason everyone who gets a cobb has a post two weeks later in the marketplace with that unit for sale.
15-20 whp sounds about right with tune and my tp's added on now. I dyno'd the car with about 5,000 miles on the motor. Now I have 13,000 miles, it should be fully sealed now and broken in so hoping for better numbers.
thanks,

I think if you look back you will find that most of those are on this dyno. I think you should be in the 290-295 range, but if you break 300 more power to you. It is a bit far fetched to think that 300 is "average" for a bolt-on HR. In reality it is almost impossible to find an average because of the nearly infinite calibrations and differing dyno's. I hope you prove me wrong, but I just don't think you should have false hopes.

I would love to believe my dyno results were absolutely true. Look at my sig. Dyno'ed at Church's dyno in Wilmington, CA and was stated by others on this forum that their dyno is a happy giving dyno. Took it with a grain of salt, but I did see very decent gains and I feel a lot more pull in my car nonetheless. 03Threefiftyz seems to know what he's talking about and kinda set me straight as far as my hopes were about my dyno results. here is the link

Look at the dynograph and see the gains. Good TQ gains =)

Here are the sheets on mine (both same place similar conditions)
https://my350z.com/forum/tuning/4519...tune-08-a.html
there is a link on the bottom to better pics of the sheets
On mine they spent about 2hrs on the custom tweeks to the map
From what he said the ECU is pretty smart on our cars so there are significant gains from the tune - unlike some cars
