I don't know what Z1 CSC kit content so will leave that for Adam.

 

they are putting a complete kit together you will no longer have a csc and im sure it will be the all parts needed for the switch with the brackets.

midz350 - any additional pictures of the bracket you fabricated, dimensions, etc? trying to see if its something we could have made, or whether it's best left to the end installer

 

I will try to take pics ASAP.

But in my opinion it will depends on many different things like what fork you have (03& earlier 04 have longer fork) I got my fork from the transmission Wrecked yard so don't know witch one and we grind the housing of the transmission to mount the slave cylinder.

I think you should make one to make it easier for the end installer.

 

I just don't know if I want to get involved with fabbing a bracket though, I think it will probably be best for us to leave it up to the end installer, since this is not a DIY in the first place

yes, there are differences actually with all the associated components, so we're still evaluating the best way to package it all together. I expect to have this done and up on the site soon

as far as the bracket, after thinking about it, and looking at other things we're busy with, I've decided it's just going to be left up to the end user, but at least some details on yours will help shops/installers when they get to doing the install

 

Well, can't complain. At least Z1 is putting together most of the materials for us. Although, I agree it would be nice to have a complete kit.

So is this fabbed bracket the only part missing from the kit Z1 will put together?

+1 on getting more pictures and details on this fabbed bracket.

 

Z1 is doing us a huge favor by doing this. I'm sure other vendors will follow in their foot steps. Having the kit minus the bracket is perfectly fine with me.

 

bah fab a bracket not all of us have access to a machine shop that can do this.

 

Bracket or not, I'm all for it.
