Lol dont expect to get any help around here then....ull be forced to read and an attitude like that wont get you very far.
I find it very difficult to believe 16 hp gains as many others have said to save your money and went and sold their stillen or injen intakes. If you noticon the classifieds it seems like these intakes pop up once a day for sale. Probably a reason.....i wuld just pick up a used set that way when you go to sell em you could probably get most of your money back.
Also i read elsewhere that the stillens are 2.5 inch tubes vs the injen and stock 3 inch tubes....could this affect performance at all?
Im not bashing either brand as im still runnin stock airboxes but it just seems like there is no definitive support of this mod independently proving gains.
It seems as though there are fewer people actually interested in the mod and many people saying save your moneyy........this is the only reason i havent bought an intake setup yet.

Sorry....cant edit from my droid but i was lookin at those dynos again and if they are accurate it seems as though there are more gains lower to mid powerband vs high end power. This is kind of contradictory to what people are saying about how it feels like it pulls better up top.....

These look like pretty decent gains, right?
Base dyno (exhaust and HFC's): 245 HP, 224 TQ
2nd Run (added Stillen intakes and headers): 275.2 HP, 241 TQ
3rd Run (Tuning): 290.1 HP, 250 TQ
Also, the fact that the Stillen intakes use 2.5" tubing isn't an issue. They actually feature a 3" opening, then have a two-step velocity stack. This provides an more efficient and higher velocity airflow.
By themselves, just like any other intake/exhaust mods, they won't provide alot. But as part of a system, they a proven to be quite effective.

I would agree on the intake in conjunction with the other bolt-ons but should still show something as independent by itself.
Yes this is good evidence but we need more. Plus 245 on a hr with exhaust and hfcs seems kinda on the low side.....
